Change widget layout

    Insignal offers 3 types of feedback widget layout for your website. Please follow the steps below to select a layout:


    Step 1 -

    Please login to the Insignal dashboard from here: Login Now


    Step 2 -

    Click on "Feedbacks" as shown in the image below:



    Step 3 -

    Click on "Widget" on the left-hand side menu.





    Step 4 -

    Now click on "Layout" as shown in the image below:





    Step 5 -

    Now you can select between three types of layouts:-


    1. Popup




    2. Traditional




    3. Overlay




    Step 6 -

    Once selected, please click on "Save changes" to apply the changes to the live widget.
