Change widget icon position


    Please follow the steps below to select where exactly the widget icon should appear on your website.

    Step 1 -

    Please login to the Insignal dashboard from here: Login Now


    Step 2 -

    Click on "Feedbacks" as shown in the image below:



    Step 3 -

    Click on "Widget" on the left-hand side menu.





    Step 4 -

    Now click on "Position" as shown in the image below:




    Step 5 -




    1.  Widget position - Choose between left or right.
    2. Sub position - Choose between Center or bottom of the page.




    Step 6 -

    Once selected, please click on "Save changes" to apply the changes to the live widget.
