Change widget icon popup time


    Please follow the steps below to select when exactly the widget icon should appear on your website.

    Step 1 -

    Please login to the Insignal dashboard from here: Login Now


    Step 2 -

    Click on "Feedbacks" as shown in the image below:



    Step 3 -

    Click on "Widget" on the left-hand side menu.





    Step 4 -

    Now click on "Time" as shown in the image below:





    Step 5 -



    1. Widget timing - Select after how many seconds of loading the page should the widget appear.

    2. Widget Display Per Visitor - This option lets you decide if the widget should be shown to a user every time they load a page or once a user has submitted the feedback the widget should disappear for them.


    Step 6 -

    Once selected, please click on "Save changes" to apply the changes to the live widget.
