Where to find the tracking code?


    Please follow the steps below to locate your feedback widget tracking code if you have skipped the setup process:

    Step 1 -

    Please login to the Insignal dashboard from here: Login Now


    Step 2 -

    Click on "Feedbacks" as shown in the image below:



    Step 3 -

    Click on "Widget" on the left-hand side menu.





    Step 4 -

    Now click on "Script" as shown in the image below:




    Step 5 -

    Follow the instructions given on the screen to install the tracking code on your website. Or, follow the integration guide here.
