How to disable tracking?

    Step 1 -

    Please login to the Insignal dashboard from here: Login Now


    Step 2 -

    Click on "Websites" in the left-hand sidebar as shown in the image below:



    Step 3 -

    Click on "Actions" and then "Edit" as shown in the image below:




    Step 4 -


    1.  Click on the button "Fully enable or disable tracking" to enable/disable tracking as shown in the image above.
    2.  Then press "Update Website" to save the settings.


    That's it. Tracking including recording for your website has been disabled/paused. You can always come back and enable it anytime you wish to.
