How to disable a heatmap?

    Step 1 -

    Please login to the Insignal dashboard from here: Login Now


    Step 2 -

    Click on "Heatmaps" as shown in the image below:




    Step 3 -

    Click on "Actions" in front of the heatmap you want to disable as shown in the image below:





    Step 4 -

    Click on "Update" as shown in the image below:




    Step 5 -


    1. Click on "Heatmap status button" to disable it.

    2. Click on "Update".


    That's it. The heatmap has been disabled now.
    Note - No data will be collected in case the heatmap has been disabled.
