Step 2 -

Click on "Heatmaps" as shown in the image below:

Step 3 -

Click on "Actions" in front of the heatmap you want to disable as shown in the image below:

Step 4 -

Click on "Delete"  as shown in the image below:

Step 5 -

Click on "Delete" again to finally delete the heatmap.

Note: This is a permanent delete. Once deleted, it is impossible to retrieve the data.
